The value is in what happens after Addie answers.

THE COMMON THREAD

Different industries. The same operational problem.

Calls create work. Addie helps move that work through a configured process instead of leaving every next step to a person.

  1. Understand

Identify what the caller needs and collect the right information.

  2. Act

Schedule, route, create a request, take an approved order, or trigger the next workflow.

  3. Update

Write the result into connected business systems when the deployment supports it.

  4. Escalate

Bring in a person when the caller requests one or human judgment is required.

CONFIGURED TO THE OPERATION

We do not force every business into the same agent.

A restaurant taking catering orders does not need the same workflow as a property manager handling maintenance calls or a dealership coordinating service appointments.

What is the caller trying to accomplish?

What information does the business need?

What systems are involved?

What can Addie complete?

Where should a person take over?

Q&A

Questions about where Addie fits.

Every deployment starts with the operation, not just the industry label.

Which industries does ATC currently support?
ATC currently has dedicated industry paths for restaurants, property management, manufacturing, construction, retail, professional services, automotive dealerships, and healthcare practices. The workflow inside each deployment is configured around the business rather than copied from a generic industry script.
Does Addie work the same way in every industry?
No. ATC maps the calls, information requirements, connected systems, actions, and escalation rules for each operation. A restaurant order workflow, a property-maintenance request, and a dealership service appointment can follow very different paths.
Can Addie connect to the systems we already use?
Potentially. Integration feasibility depends on the system, available APIs or access methods, permissions, and the specific actions approved for the deployment. ATC scopes those requirements before implementation.
What happens when a caller wants to speak with a person?
Addie follows the configured human-transfer path. If the right person is unavailable, Addie can capture the minimum useful context and pass it forward for callback or follow-up so the caller does not have to start over.
What if our business does not fit one of these industry labels exactly?
The industry pages are starting points, not limits. ATC can evaluate a different operation by mapping where calls or repetitive work create friction, what should be automated, what systems need to connect, and where people should stay involved.

YOUR WORKFLOW

Don’t see your exact workflow?

Industry labels are useful, but they do not define what Addie can or cannot do. Show us where calls and repetitive work create friction and we’ll map what should be automated, connected, or handed to a person.
