Submitting our contact form asks ATC to respond to that inquiry. It does not, by itself, enroll you in marketing.
LEGAL & PRIVACY
Privacy Policy
How Addie Technology Consulting handles information across our website, consultations, and managed AI services.
When ATC handles data through a managed deployment, we process it to deliver the configured workflow and related support.
As of this policy's effective date, ATC also does not use this website for cross-context behavioral advertising.
This Privacy Policy explains how Addie Technology Consulting LLC ("ATC," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal information. It also explains choices and rights that may be available to you.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to personal information ATC handles on our own behalf through:
- the addietechnology.com website and forms that link to this policy;
- sales, consultation, support, and other direct business communications with ATC; and
- ATC's administration of customer relationships and managed services.
ATC also provides managed AI phone-agent and business-automation services for customers. When we process personal information on behalf of a customer, that processing is also governed by the customer's agreement, configured workflow, and any applicable data-processing terms. The customer generally determines the business purpose and intended use of that workflow.
This policy does not apply to websites, products, or services operated independently by third parties.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly
Depending on how you interact with ATC, we may collect:
- Contact and business information, such as your name, company, business email, phone number, industry, and information you include in a message or consultation request.
- Customer relationship information, such as project contacts, meeting notes, service requests, configuration decisions, and support communications.
- Billing and business records, such as invoicing contacts, transaction records, and other information needed to administer a customer account. Payment-card processing, when applicable, is handled through the applicable payment provider; our website contact form is not designed to collect raw card numbers or CVV data.
- Integration and configuration information, such as the systems a customer wants connected, workflow rules, permissions, routing instructions, and credentials or tokens needed to establish an approved integration.
Technical and security information
When you use our website or submit a form, ATC and our hosting or infrastructure providers may process technical data such as IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, pages or resources requested, and security or diagnostic events. We use limited technical data to operate the site, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
Information processed through managed services
Depending on a customer's configured deployment, ATC's managed services may process telephone numbers, call metadata, messages, conversation context, appointment or order information, service requests, caller-provided information, connected-system records, and—when recording or transcription is enabled—audio recordings and transcripts.
If a proposed customer workflow may involve sensitive or regulated information, ATC will scope the workflow, systems, permissions, and controls separately before deployment.
3. How we use information
ATC may use personal information to:
- respond to inquiries and schedule or conduct consultations;
- design, configure, deploy, operate, support, and improve approved customer workflows;
- authenticate access, administer customer relationships, and maintain business records;
- route calls, messages, requests, handoffs, callbacks, and connected-system actions as configured;
- detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues;
- comply with applicable law, legal process, contractual obligations, and enforceable requests;
- protect ATC, our customers, end users, and others; and
- create aggregated or de-identified information for service operations, capacity planning, troubleshooting, and improvement where the information no longer reasonably identifies an individual.
ATC does not use a website contact-form submission as blanket consent for unrelated marketing. Marketing, if offered, is handled separately as described below.
4. Customer and end-user data
A customer may configure ATC to process information about that customer's callers, employees, vendors, applicants, tenants, diners, shoppers, patients, clients, prospects, or other end users, depending on the approved business workflow. In those situations, ATC acts on the customer's instructions to provide and manage the service, subject to the applicable agreement.
Customers are responsible for deciding which workflows they deploy and for providing notices or obtaining permissions required for their own business use. ATC works with customers to configure disclosure, handoff, recording, transcription, and connected-system behavior according to the agreed deployment and applicable requirements.
If you are an end user interacting with an ATC-managed workflow for one of our customers, questions about that customer's business purpose or use of your information should generally be directed to that customer. ATC will cooperate with our customer as appropriate when responding to privacy requests involving data we process on the customer's behalf.
5. Calls, recordings, transcripts & AI
ATC's managed services may use artificial intelligence and third-party communications technologies to understand and respond to voice or text interactions, generate transcripts or summaries, route requests, and perform approved workflow actions.
Recording and transcription are deployment-specific. If a workflow records or transcribes communications, ATC configures the behavior and any agreed disclosure based on the customer's deployment and applicable requirements.
ATC does not intentionally use website contact-form submissions to train AI models. Customer service data may be processed by third-party AI, telephony, cloud, or communications providers under their own contractual terms, service settings, and privacy practices. ATC does not independently repurpose customer service data for unrelated AI training unless separately agreed with the customer.
AI outputs can be imperfect. ATC designs managed workflows with configured boundaries, escalation paths, and human handoff where appropriate.
6. How we disclose information
ATC may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. Vendors that support hosting, communications, telephony, AI processing, scheduling, email, CRM or lead delivery, cloud infrastructure, security, observability, billing, and professional services may process information for ATC as needed to provide their services.
- Customer-directed systems and integrations. We may send or receive data from systems selected by a customer when necessary to perform an approved workflow.
- At a customer's direction. When ATC processes data on behalf of a customer, we may disclose it as instructed by that customer and permitted by the applicable agreement.
- Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, enforce agreements, investigate abuse, or protect rights, property, safety, and security.
- Business transactions. Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
- With your direction or consent. We may disclose information for another purpose when you direct us to do so or provide appropriate consent.
ATC does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. As of the effective date of this policy, ATC does not use this website to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Cookies & website technologies
ATC may use technologies that are necessary to deliver, secure, or operate the website. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may also maintain server logs or similar technical records as part of operating the service.
As of this policy's effective date, ATC's website code does not intentionally deploy advertising cookies, advertising pixels, or non-essential analytics cookies. If ATC later enables analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking technologies, we will update this policy and provide any choices or consent controls required by applicable law.
8. Communications & marketing
If you submit the ATC contact form, you are asking us to contact you about that request. We may respond using the contact information you provide, including email or phone. A contact-form submission by itself does not opt you into recurring promotional email, SMS, or marketing calls.
If ATC offers optional marketing communications in the future, we will provide a separate opt-in or other legally appropriate choice. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the instructions in that message, and any mobile opt-in or consent data will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Service-related and transactional communications—such as responses to a request, implementation notices, support messages, or account-related communications—are separate from marketing communications.
9. Data retention
ATC retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide or support services, maintain appropriate business and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Retention periods vary by data type and context. Customer service data may also be subject to customer-selected settings, connected-system retention, third-party provider retention, and contractual requirements. When information is no longer reasonably needed, ATC will delete, de-identify, or otherwise dispose of it as appropriate, subject to legal and operational requirements.
10. Data security
ATC uses administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, loss, or disclosure. We also limit the information exposed through website logging and keep secrets such as service credentials out of public client-side code.
No method of transmission, storage, or security control can guarantee absolute security. If you believe information provided to ATC may have been compromised, contact us using the information below.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights regarding personal information ATC handles about you. These may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, a copy or portable version of certain information, or information about how your data is used and disclosed. Applicable law may also provide rights to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling activities.
ATC does not discriminate against individuals for exercising privacy rights provided by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and authorized agents may be required to provide evidence of authority.
To submit a privacy request, email contact@addietechnology.com with the subject line Privacy Request. If your request concerns data ATC processes for one of our customers, we may direct the request to or coordinate with that customer.
12. Children's privacy
ATC's website and services are designed for businesses and business users and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the website. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to ATC through this website, please contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.
13. Third-party services
ATC's website and managed services may link to, connect with, or depend on third-party systems. Those third parties may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. ATC is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of websites or services we do not control.
When a customer asks ATC to connect an external system, we limit the integration to the scope, permissions, and methods available for that deployment.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, services, vendors, or legal obligations change. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Where required by law, we may provide additional notice of material changes.
